💕POLICIES💕 I understand life happens. Please cancel 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Canceling less then 24 hours will result in a 60% fee of the scheduled service. Canceling your appointment right before your appointment starts will result in a 100% fee of the service. A "no call no show" will result in a 100% of the scheduled service. A 10 minute grace period is giving to you. After 10 mins the appointment will be canceled. All deposits all NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE. What does this mean? If you need to reschedule 24 hours in advance your deposit will follow you to your next appointment. Rescheduling less than 24 hours will result in a 60% fee of the scheduled service & a new deposit will be required for a new time & date. If your card doesn't go through you won't be able to book another appointment until that amount is paid.
